Yoga and helping people has always been a great passion for me. Since the Yoga teacher certification from 2010, I have taken many follow up courses like Yoga for kids, pregnancy and athletes as well as Raja Yoga, which is the science of body and mind.
In Gibraltar, I currently teach Hatha Yoga for groups, private tuition and office Yoga. A class consists of dynamic flows and static postures as well as breathing and concentration exercises. One of the biggest benefits in today’s busy way of life, are the deep relaxation exercises, which help alleviate feelings of stress.
Is Yoga for me?
One of the reasons why I share Yoga is the fact that it’s so versatile. Whether you are looking for a way to move your body more, want to gain flexibility and strength or simply balance, relieve physical pain or anxiety or if you want to improve your general feeling of well-being, Yoga can be for you! Yoga is known to help us maintain good health and prevent disease as well as simply getting to know and understand our body and mind.
Furthermore, I am currently studying to be a naturopathic nutritionist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, UK and hold a certification for Thai Yoga Massage from Lotus Palm, Toronto.
